This website is operated by the independent civic association Transparencia para la Ciudadanía (Transparency for Citizens), holder of the Seville Provincial Transparency Observatory.
The project operator can be identified through their public ORCID: 0009-0000-8891-7021.
Editorial responsibility for all content published on this site and in the Zenodo repository rests entirely with the Association.
This website uses no cookies of any kind — neither first-party nor third-party, neither technical nor tracking.
No analytics system is in place. Visits are not measured, browsing behaviour is not recorded, and no user profiles are generated.
No personal data is collected. This site has no registration forms, subscription mechanisms or any other means of data capture.
The only way to contact the Association is by email, at the user's own initiative. That exchange is not subject to any automated processing.
All data, reports, datasets and methodological documentation produced by the Observatory are published in open access on Zenodo, with a permanent DOI.
All content is freely reusable. No prior authorisation is required for use, reproduction, analysis or distribution. Attribution is appreciated.
