The Observatory does not only produce data. It produces effects. This section records the institutional responses, external coverage and verifiable external references generated by the project.
Recording criterion. This section contains only verifiable facts: publications with DOI, coverage in identified media, documented institutional responses and attributable academic references. Assessments and unverifiable mentions are not included.
Query 1 was published in full on Zenodo, including the report, audited dataset, methodology and supporting documentation. The dossier was indexed in OpenAIRE and made accessible with a permanent DOI.
After filing a complaint, the Transparency Council of Andalusia broke its own administrative silence and contacted the Observatory to offer an urgent meeting.
The project was covered by eldiario.es, a leading Spanish digital newspaper specialising in political and social affairs. The coverage placed the findings of Query 1 in the public debate on the real effectiveness of transparency mechanisms.
